Fitness programme
This quarter participate in grade 10's Fitness Program as part of their Design Technology subject. We were each given equipment to help us in improved the skill we already had. I was given a traditional balance equipment that help me with my balance . Every Wednesday after school for 4 weeks we were given tests to test how good we are with the equipment and is my balance imrpoving. One of the many things I learnt from the activities was how improved what God had already given to us to make it moore better by using the equipment that is given. I learnt to work together with grade 10. I can improve by practicingt more seriously and often in order to help me improve my balance.
