Approaches to Learning Reflection
A.1 Time Management
Civics class: The time management in civics class is easy. In civics class, we used our time wisely. By doing the worksheet appropriately with the teacher direction, we could do the worksheet easily and organized. I know that I'm doing my work by the result of my grade. Without talking and busy with other friend, we are doing our work wisely. I communicate my understanding by presenting my work in front of class.
Math class: In math class, i learned very seriously and wisely by doing my worksheet on time and seriously without getting distracted. In math class, we are directed by our teacher by doing our worksheet or works on time (managing time wisely), and if we're not doing it on time, there will be consequences for us, not to make us down, but to do better than before. I know that I'm doing it well by seeing my grades in the report card. I communicate my understanding by presenting my works in front of class.
Humanities class: What i learned of time management in humanities class is that every works or every project must be submitted on time what ever it takes. If we can't submitted the works on time, we must find a solution for the works that are not submitted on time. In Humanities, i learned that time is very important.
Science class: In Science, time management is important. Every task or project must be submitted on time even though it was a big project. By doing it so, we had much more time to do other task because since we're doing it on time, we can do other task. But if we're not doing it on time, our time would be waste by only doing the unfinished task.
Technology class: In Technology class, time is everything, time management is very important. We have to do our task on time or submit our homework on time for there are consequences if we not doing it so. We have to finished our before the time that is mentioned from the teacher, so that is why time is very important to the subject.
A.2: Self management
Civics class: Self management is very important to this subject, even the teacher said so. By organizing self management in the right way, we could achieve high grade. I keep my attitude in the right way and that is why i get good grades
Math: Self management is very important to this subject. By keeping our self in the right way, we could achieve high grade. My goal is to achieve high score in this class.
B.1: Working in groups
Humanities class: In humanities class, we are very often to work in group. By doing it so, our task will be finish very soon. Every person in the group has their own roles and responsibility. I could accept my friends in group because by doing it so, there will be no conflict in the group.By teamwork, our group produce a very good product such when we're doing Florence travel poster in the 15th century.
Science class: In Science class, teamwork is everything. The teacher mostly divided us into partners not group. As very often, the projects are very hard, we did our jobs very effectively , solving problem together, and this what we called teamwork that make a very good job for the project.
B.2: Accepting others
Humanities class: Accepting person is very hard in this subject. Sometimes we team up with the person that is not good at the subject, but as the subject sound "humanities", however we need to accept others and solving the problem together
Science class: Accepting other in this subject is very important because by doing it so, the task that is given from teacher, will be finished very soon and finished in a very good work, and it will give me and my partner some advantages.
B.3: Personal Challenges
Humanities: I realize that every person has different opinions,or culture, or ideas but those thing are a motivation for us to a better job in every task/project that is given by teacher. This personal challenges must be solved for us to do a very good job.
C.1: Literacy
English class: In English class, we apply grammars and comprehension while we were speaking to one another. This is the practice for us to use proper English when we are communicating one another.
Bahasa Indonesia: In Bahasa Indonesia,we apply grammars and comprehension while we were speaking to one another. This is the practice for us to use proper English when we are communicating one another.
C.2: Being informed
We use variety media to finished our works or we used variety medias as our final product such as movie,internet, and presentation. I used this variety of medias in all subject that we learned at school.

All subjects: In every subject we had at school (except PE), we are used to inform other by presenting our task or our knowledge about the subject through some medias, for example presentation or movie.
D.1 Self awareness
All subjects: In every subject that we had at school, we used to receive criticism for teacher or students. By this criticism, i realize my strength that need to be develop and my weaknesses that need to be solved in the subject. Everybody has their own strength and weaknesses, and those thing is our reflection for ourselves.
D.2: Self Evaluation
All Subjects: In every subject, we are assigned to evaluate ourselves. Evaluate our attitude, strength and weaknesses, goals, in the subject. By doing it so, we could do better work at the subject, and by doing it so, we could know predict our grades.
E.1: Accessing information:
All Subjects: Accessing information is used in every subject. Accessing information from the internet or other media such as newspaper in every subject is very important to get information for the task that is given from the teacher. We don"t copy paste the information, but we summarize it.
E.2: Selecting and Organizing Information
All subjects: Selecting and organizing is very important in every subject because not all information that we read or that we access is accurate. In this case, we need to select information that is match one another which means is accurate. Not only selecting it, but also organizing it in a proper way.
E.3: Referencing:
As we access the information, we also need to reference it by showing that information is not from us. We used MLA format to reference sources and information that access in every task.This is what we called bibliography. We format our source through the link : www.easybib.com or anyother website.
F.1: Making Connections
Applying skills and knowledge in unfamiliar situation is used in all subjects. We are assigned to use our critical thinking to solve unfamiliar question that was given from the teacher. Using critical thinking is very useful because by doing it so, we could think further ahead to solve the problem easily. This was a huge advantage. Applying knowledge that is given from the teacher into unfamiliar question is very useful.
F.2: Inquiring in different contexts
Comparison is used in subjects. We compared things and create the perspective between them. For example, if we want to research about trees, we need to compare some information about trees and make the perspective between them
G.1: Generating Ideas
Brainstorming is used in every subjects except for PE. Brainstorming is very useful and it makes us easy to find steps for making a project that is given. By brainstorming, we could think steps for making the project that is given by the teacher and it make us easier than thinking the steps when the d-day of making the project. Brainstorming is very useful for us to make a project in every subject.
G.2: Planning
Planning is used in every subject except for PE. Planning or outlining is to create steps for making project. Planning make us easier for it create steps that help us to create project that is given by the teacher. Planning is essential in every task or project that is given. Planning is used for the upcoming projects.
G.3: Inquiring
Guiding question is used in every task. Guiding question is very useful for us when we had a task because it makes us easier to make a task. We know the direction of the task goes.
G.4: Applying Knowledge and Concepts
Applying knowledge and concepts are applied in our daily life. Example, if were given a knowledge about basketball, we applied it when we play basketball, if we were given about math knowledge, we could apply it when we were shopping about our daily need (counting how much we need to pay).
H.1:Identifying problems
Every time we had a project, after it was finish, we evaluate the result of the project to make the project better. We identify the problems so that, we could fix the problem in the next project that will be given by the teacher. Example, If we had science project, making cell model. we make a report about it, including the evaluation to make the project better.
H.2: Creating Novel Solutions
We used our critical thinking to make a solution in every unfamiliar problem. Example, when we had math test, we used our creative and critical thinking to make a solution for the unfamiliar problem. Critical thinking is very useful because it help us a lot every time we face unfamiliar situation.
